We found ourselves inspired by the upcoming #EatARedAppleDay on 1st December and found some of the best apple-based dishes to help prepare for the rapidly approaching onslaught of winter. Though beware, not all of these apples are red!

Nothing compliments apples quite like caramel does (though toffee comes pretty close), and this dish pairs the two together beautifully in a simple and easy dish that will warm the cockles of your heart.

It is not just peppers that can be stuffed, and really, what’s the point of having a luxury grill if you can’t use it for baking from time to time? Coconut is a rare accompaniment to apple, but it proves to be deliciously different once you give it a try.
